Service scope
bCrush provides business analytics for Amazon sellers, including sales analysis, advertising analysis, inventory monitoring, inbound shipment tracking, and aggregated return analysis. Features depend on the access you authorize, available source data, and your agreed plan. Reports support your judgment and do not guarantee business outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
Account responsibilities
You must have authority to connect each business account and permit the requested data processing. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials improperly, misuse the service, bypass access controls, or submit buyer PII.
Seller ownership of data
Your seller data remains yours. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide, secure, and support the authorized service. We do not acquire ownership of your data or sell it. Processing, retention, and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
Free access carries no subscription charge. Paid service pricing is quoted in USD, with scope, taxes, billing, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms agreed in writing before activation. Visiting this website or sending an inquiry does not create a paid subscription.
Termination
You may discontinue use, revoke account authorization, or request account closure by email. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, non-payment under an agreed paid plan, or legal requirements, with notice where practicable. After termination, access ends and data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Existing payment obligations and terms intended to survive termination remain applicable.
Service limitations
Source data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. You remain responsible for business decisions based on reports. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the service will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
